We will set a schedule that works for you around your PT and Dr's appointments.
First Session:
I travel to you in the Portland, Oregon area and bring what I need to start with pain reduction using different techniques that are applicable and make adjustments as we progress, assisting in the recovery process.
Service Area:
Within a 20 mile radius of Portland, Oregon. I can travel farther with a fee to cover gas and travel time.

A Pathway to Freedom
I wrote this book when I was asked, "Zo, if you were to leave the planet today, what would you want the world, the people, and the planet to see and know?" I wasn't sure at first what to write about but I was gently led to the information in this book. In order to change the experience we are having, individually and collectively, we need to let go of the thoughts and ideas we have developed from our childhoods and find peace and freedom. This is a way to create that for ourselves and the planet.
The ten Mandalas and the channeled music are below. It is a multi sensory way to assist in integrating in the Mantras. Listen to the corresponding music and view the mandala. Next, say the mantra in the mirror 2-3 times daily until you feel ready to proceed to the next one.

Releasing unwanted negative energy from your energy field
On occasion there is a need to release lower vibrational energy from the aura that is not helping and is sometimes harming and influencing a person to act in ways that are unusual or troubling. I have a technique that gently and easily removes these energies so they cannot return and reattach. I can accomplish this in person or long distance via the phone, Skype, or FaceTime.
